What is Organic Food?
Organic Food is produced using organic farming methods containing no chemical fertilisers or synthetic pesticides or herbicides and contain no genetic modification, food irradiation or chemical additives.
What is a Wholefood?
Wholefood relates to a food in its natural state with nothing added. Wholefoods are unrefined, unprocessed and nutrient rich as a result.
What is Biodynamic Farming?
This is a method of farming developed by Rudolf Steiner, an agriculturalist and philosopher. Biodynamic Farming does not use chemical pesticides or herbicides and endeavours to improve soil, plant and crop quality and vitality. Biodynamic farming needs to meet strict guidelines required by DEMETER certification.

What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented probiotic drink, thought to have originated in China thousands of years ago. While Kombucha drinkers report numerous health benefits, restoring gut health is considered one of the primary ones. Do you have car parking at the store?
Parking is available on Whitehorse Road, or alternatively there are two car parks behind the store off Mangan Street.
